Synopsis
It’s the story of a group of super rich high school students who are projected to take over their family business empire. These young people deals with love and friendship.
When Kim Tan’s father, the chairman of Jeguk Group was taken ill, Tan’s half-brother, Kim Won took over his place naturally. Kim
Tan’s mother always told him he had to beat his brother but, in secret, he liked his brother, who was cool, mature and manly.
When Kim Tan left to study overseas, his brother told him coldly, “Don’t think about things too much, just have fun. Eat well, sleep well and if possible, don’t come back.” That moment he realized that he was actually being exiled. His half-brother was taking back from him things that his mother had taken from him.
Having a mother who couldn’t speak, having a mother who worked as a maid or living in a stingy basement room full of mold all your life…. Which is the most uncomfortable out of the three? Unfortunately for Eun-sang, she had all three. “It feels like the whole universe is working to make me unhappy. Do you know what that feels like?”
Worn out from her part-time jobs, Eun-sang smiled sadly. Her older sister who was supporting herself through her studies in a foreign country was her pride and role model. Then one day, she got a call from her sister saying that she was getting married to a rich man. Using the excuse of delivering the wedding dowry money from their mother in person, she took this chance and got on a plane to see her sister. She wasn’t coming back.
However, what she found wasn’t a lavish weeding but her sister living with a white alcoholic man and making ends meet as a waitress. Her role model crumbled before her eye. Feeling betrayed, she ended up having a huge fight with her sister and leaves. With nowhere to go, she get mixed up in a crazy circumstance and ended up spending the night at Kim Tan’s house. She felt like Cinderella when she entered his house. While dazzled by the immensity and luxuriousness of the house, a girl banged in. It was his fiancee (Rachel Yoo) . How could people be engaged at eighteen?
Rachel Yoo arrives to bring him back to Korea.
Meanwhile, Rachel’s half-brother, Choi Young Do, is falling in love with Cha Eun Sang.
